伯特利聖誕之夜

I am wondering if God is preparing me for another career route... maybe one day I will be a professional event planner (or wedding planner).  Third (and the last) big event of this year...

More than 700 people, including children, youth, adults, grandmas and grandpas 湧進教會, 這真是始料未及的，但神仍讓每個人不但吃飽還有些許剩餘!

晚會中小木偶的演出令小朋友們目瞪口呆，大人們暗暗拭淚。Tina & Joseph 的見證讓一位沒見過的姊妹哭到無法自己，會後她說她正處於人生谷底，沒想到神奇妙地帶領她到伯特利聖誕晩會來拉她起來!

12/26 finally had time to go shopping for my sister's Christmas gift, walking on the Fifth Ave reminded me the Charming New York and why so many people crazy about here...

Although we had to literally squeeze through the crowd, I was enjoying every moment of it!   The beautiful Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center; the crazy Gaga design of Barney's; the amazing Saks window design...

愛能改變一切

Thanks to my dear Friend, Joanna, I got dragged into the whole 愛能改變一切thing.  God is defintiely stretching me that I ended up planning the program and tolerating lots of people non-senses...
Through all this.... I see how much we need love, no matter who you are. 在舞台上光鮮亮麗的大明星, 叱剎風雲的大導演, 幕後非你不可的大英雄和台下的平民小老百姓, 全都 desperately need love! However, if we want to find this love on our own strength, we always endup wounded.  The only unconditional, unselfish love we can find is in God. But for some reasons, people don't seem to buy it,  maybe because we feel undesearving, maybe because it's too easy to get, maybe because we want something tangible, maybe because we rely on ourselves for too long...

A month ago, I passed by Bloomingdale after seeing one of my patients, something caught my eyes- Giorgio Armani has makeup!!  and it actually called Face Fabric, although I hardly put makeup on, I bought it once I tried it on... instant smooth and clear... I also bought the eyes to kill mascara, not because I want to kill (although I do think I can do it with my angry look)... people who know me know that my eyelashs are pretty much beyond help...就在我即將放棄的時候, 神給了我希望...sorry...忘了我在演那一齣...OK OK 回歸正題, I am not working for them, but trust me! 保証您満意!!

Inspired to write a book "溫吞基督徒週誌" !

After two big events,  愛能改變一切& 伯特利聖誕之夜(which i will tell you about those stories later...), I got some time to relax finally.  Some of my kids are reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid (although I am still single, but all the kids I am treating are just feel like mine, haha...), so I decided to read it in order to understand my kids better! 

O-K-- I admitte that I wanted to read that book myself, not totally for the kids' sake.  but you got to understand it's pretty funny! 它從孩子(Greg Heffley, a middle-school child) 純真的角度來看現實世界, 風趣幽默地點出大人們的矛盾及虛假.  Love the books!  Actually this book inspired me to write Journal of a Lukewarm Christian... haha...Yeah! 中文標題都想好了: 溫吞基督徒週誌!
